Benissa Town Council approved amendments regarding the IBI and the rate of garbage to reduce the burden of these taxes on citizens and does so by lowering the tax rate from 0.58 % to 0.55 % to compensate the increase in cadastral value. This will mean that taxpayers will not see increases in their bills for next year.
