With effect from 1 January 2011, Cadastral Values of urban properties allocated for 2010 will be reassessed by applying the coefficient 1, therefore they do not increase.

In the case of rural property and as provided in the revised text of the Law on Cadastre, the same mentioned coefficient  applies on the current assessed cadastral value for 2010 but only on land not occupied by any construction.  As a consequence they will not increase either.

Final approval of the Law on General State Budget for 2011, Law 39/2010 of 22 December.

To determine the amount to be paid for Property Tax (Rates) the percentage applied by each municipality to the net rateable value are as follows:

Javea: 0,657 %

Denia: 0,90 %

Gata de Gorgos: 1%

Els Poblets: 0,95 %

Pedreguer: 0,65 %

Teulada: 0,65 %
